Mandy brings two decades of managing senior-level market strategy, crisis communications and public relations for regional and national brands. Having navigated major crises across industries, Mandy is a trusted advisor within the C-suite. Her experience in managing brand perception and mitigating high-risk issues includes environmental issues, community conflicts, product recalls, major corporate crises, executive transitions, organizational change and market repositioning efforts. Clients she’s worked with include Martin’s Famous Potato Rolls, Under Armour, Anheuser-Busch, Hair Cuttery, Sylvan Learning, R.J. Reynolds, Herr’s Potato Chips, Marvin Windows and Doors, Wolfgang Candy, Porter and Chester Institute, Mount Nittany Medical Center, York Water Company and Penn Waste. Mandy holds a master’s degree in Communications Management and a graduate certificate in Integrated Communications and Strategic Public Relations.
Rick has 35 years of experience managing all aspects of Integrated Marketing Communications agency operations and client relationships. Focused on creating brand strategy that builds enhanced market presence through creativity and visual design, Rick has launched successful brand initiatives for clients like Wyndridge Farm, The Pfaltzgraff Co., OSS Health, RKL CPA, Harsco Corporation, Community First Fund, Brewery Products, Lebanon Transit, The Byrnes Health Education Center, Susquehanna Riverlands and Commerce Bank.
Rick is a past recipient of the Central Penn Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 Award, Kutztown University’s Young Alumni of the Year Award, and the American Advertising Federation Silver Medal Award. He holds a master’s degree in Communication Arts with a concentration in Public Relations and Advertising. In addition to his work at Gavin, Rick is also a professor of Graduate studies at Southern New Hampshire University and York College of PA.
With over 10 years of marketing, analytics, and operations management experience, Bill focuses on driving digital campaigns to maximize impact and operational efficiencies. He creates success by turning data-driven insights into impactful strategies designed to maximize incremental growth and drive key performance indicators. Bill has worked on regional and national campaigns and brands across several industries, including hospitality, entertainment, consumer packaged goods, and B2B sales.
He graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology with a distinction in Neuroscience.
Rick is an Accredited Public Relations (APR) professional and award-winning writer with 26-years of experience in media relations, earned media, brand development, project management, strategic planning, and event production.
Rick’s career has included time as both the agency and the client for a variety of organizational structures from government and corporate to non-profit and small business. This experience has given him a deep working knowledge and understanding of what these diverse organizations need and how agencies can help these clients achieve their goals.
Rick has also worked in a broad span of industries including health and wellness, travel and tourism, food and beverage, crisis communications, consumer goods, economic development, and education.
Rick is a skilled public speaker, strategic planner, program developer, creative thinker, and storyteller.
A solution-oriented, hands-on financial professional, Sarah brings over 15 years of experience directing and executing the financial operations of successful businesses. Having served on senior-level leadership teams for past employers OSS Health, Point 2 Point Global Security and North Pointe Surgery Center, Sarah has a demonstrated ability in strategic financial planning, financial reporting, budget administration and financial policy development. Sarah’s experience building motivated, high-functioning teams, both internal and external to the organization, help her ensure continued business growth and financial success. Sarah is a graduate of of York College of Pennsylvania with additional advanced coursework completed for South University.
Experienced in helping organizations achieve goals through the use of visual design, Rachael understands brand development and the need for consistency. She brings over 8 years of experience in visual storytelling, building brand identities and designing cross-channel advertising campaigns. Rachael brings national campaign experience with numerous organizations and brands including MusclePharm Corp., Stauffer’s, Glatfelter Insurance Group, and KT Tape.
Rachael holds a bachelor’s degrees in both Advertising and Fine Arts from the University of Colorado Boulder.
